When the ACE Pro is restarted, the gear position will be zero, and there will be a gap to pull out the consumables.
1.If you still cannot remove the consumable after restarting ACE Pro, use the S2.5 Allen key to loosen the two screws securing the cover.
2.Then manually turn the gear and try to pull out the materials while turning.
If the buffer mechanism does not retract properly during feeding, there may be consumables stuck in the buffer mechanism. Please restart ACE Pro and try to remove the consumables.
1.If the consumables still cannot be removed after restarting ACE Pro, please remove the buffer mechanism. First remove the blue clasp and remove the teflon tube.
2.Then use the S2.5 Allen key to loosen the two screws securing the cover of the buffer mechanism.
3.Please remove the buffer mechanism using the S2.0 Allen key, remove the rear cover and black connector of the buffer mechanism, and remove the consumables.
1.Unplug the ACE Pro signal cable and power cord, then remove the teflon tube.
2.Manually feed and check whether there are blocked materials in ACE Pro. If the materials cannot be threaded through the buffer mechanism, then the ACE Pro needs to be removed to remove the clog.
1. Remove the four screws fastening the ACE Pro signal input board and power cover using the S2.0 Allen key.
2. Tear off the footpad and use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the six screws holding the ACE Pro's inner case.
Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws holding the multicolor shell, then detach the ACE Pro inner shell.
