¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove print head case
(1)First, please press and hold the button of the print head case according to the following figure, and remove the print head case.
(2)Disconnect the model cooling fan connection wire and extension cable, and place the print head case aside.
¶ Step 3: Remove the print head back shell
Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the four screws holding the print head back shell, then remove the print head back shell.
¶ Step 4: Remove the print head adapter
Remove the cable from the adapter plate, then use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the three screws holding the print head adapter plate.
¶ 3. Installation steps:
¶ Step 1: Install the print head adapter
Replace the adapter plate with a new one, connect the wires back to the adapter port, and use the S1.5 Allen key to tighten the three screws securing the adapter plate.
¶ Step 2: Install the print head back shell
Install the print head back shell, then use an S2.0 Allen key to tighten the four screws holding the print head back shell.
¶ Step 3: Install print head case
(1)Please connect the model cooling fan with the extension cable, and arrange the cable.
(2)Finally, fasten the print head case on the print head.
