1) Please note that Kobra S1 can only recognize file formats with a ".gcode "file suffix. Please check that your file meets this format requirement. If you copy unsliced model files directly to a USB flash drive, the files on the USB flash drive will not be recognized.
2) Kobra S1 can not recognize too special characters, it is recommended to use English or numerical naming. At the same time, make sure that the file path hierarchy is not too large, and the file does not exist in more than two folders, otherwise the file may not be correctly identified.
3) If only one slice file cannot be recognized, try restarting the device or re-slicing it first.
1) Please make sure that the storage capacity of the USB flash drive you use does not exceed 64GB. If the capacity of the USB flash drive is greater than 64GB, try replacing it with a USB flash drive with a capacity less than 64GB. Larger capacity USB flash drives may have problems with printer compatibility, so it is recommended to use USB flash drives within 16GB to ensure the best compatibility and stability.
2) Please try to format the USB flash drive in the way of "FTA32 32KB bytes" to ensure that the format is correct.
3) If the problem still exists, try to replace another USB flash drive with less than 16GB storage for testing, if the new USB flash drive can be identified, there may be a problem with the previously used USB flash drive.
The Kobra S1 printer has a USB port on the right side, and if you insert a new USB flash drive into the USB port, the printer still does not recognize the USB flash drive. The USB adapter may be damaged. Please replace the USB adapter with a new one.
