¶ 1)Firmware error
Please update the firmware (v2.3.9 or v2.4.5) and check whether the led can be turned off normally.
¶ 2)Poor contact of led cable
Please reinsert the led cable.
¶ 3)Replace the cable and adapter plate board
If methods above is invalid, please replace the led cable and the adapter plate board.
