It is recommended to formct the sd card to fat 32 format or replace a new card. Only the official test file is stored for printing.
Turn off the heated bed printing in the Cura software and re slice the model. If the printing is normal, the hot bed may be broken.
Please replug the print head cable.If there is a spare print head,replace it and print again.
