Note: The function of creating mail filters only supports web side operation, please open google email from the web side to create.
Sometimes our support emails may include images or instructional videos, which can trigger spam filters used by some email servers.
Setting up a filter for our emails can help avoid this issue.
We have received feedback that some Yahoo email(att.net) users are not receiving our service emails. If you haven’t received a notification after creating a ticket, please check your communication history in "My Tickets" and contact our support directly through that page.
1.Open google email and click settings in the top right corner.
2.Then click "See all settings"
1.Click "Filters and Blocked Addresses"-"Create a new filter"
2.Then enter "Anycubic" in the "Has the words" field and click "Create filter"
3.Check "Never send it to Spam" and click on "Create filter"
If the created page looks like the following figure, the filter is successfully created.
If you are able to receive emails from our support team, please add our email address to your contacts list to prevent future emails from being placed in your spam folder.
