If the printer prompts that the usage life of the FEP film has expired, but the FEP film is not damaged, it is up to personal preference to decide whether to replace the FEP film.
If the printer prompts that the usage life of the FEP film has expired and the FEP film has been damaged (resin has leaked onto the screen), the FEP film must be replaced.
If the printer does not prompt anything, but the FEP film is damaged, the FEP film must also be replaced.
Note: This message indicates that the print count of the release film has reached its preset usage life. The NFEP release film and ACF release film are anticipated to have a usage life of approximately 30,000 layers, while the FEP release film is projected to last for about 10,000 layers. However, if the release film remains undamaged at this point, it is possible to choose not to replace it.
If cured resin is found on the LCD screen after removing the material tank, it is because the FEP film is damaged.
You can try wrapping the resin on the screen with a paper towel soaked in alcohol (which softens the resin), and then use a scraper to clean the resin off. Please be careful not to damage the screen while scraping.

Note:
The Photon M3 Plus utilizes a frosted FEP film. Once you have purchased the FEP film, remove the protective films from both sides to expose the FEP film itself. The side with a rough texture is the frosted surface. Install the FEP film with the frosted surface facing upwards (towards the print platform). The opposite side is the smooth surface, which should face towards the exposure screen.
