When the printing platform has not yet reached the Z-axis limit switch position, the mechanical sensor has detected a specific pressure value, and the system determines that there is residue in the material box.
Residual resin cured material in the material box, small bumps on the release film, mechanical sensor damage, etc.
If you encounter this problem, please clean the bottom of the cartridge and then check for small bumps in the release film. If a small bulge is found on the release film, it is recommended to replace the release film.
At the beginning of printing, the device uses a mechanical sensor to identify the force change when the printing platform touches the resin, and accurately obtain the amount of resin in the resin vat.
That is: the amount of resin in the tank determined by the system < 100 (ml) + the amount of resin required by the current section file (ml)
(If the amount of resin required for the slicing file is greater than the maximum volume of the tank (1000ml), the device will not show this prompt, please wait until the printing process is half over before stopping to replenish the resin.)
Insufficient amount of resin in the material box, resulting in the inability to complete the printing.
1. The resin in resin vat is insufficient, please replenish the resin for the resin vat, but do not exceed the MAX positioning line, and then click "Retest". The equipment will re-perform the resin inspection.
2. If this message is frequently displayed on the device. You can choose to click "Ignore", then enter the printing interface, and then click "Monitor" to check whether "Resin detection" in the status bar is normal. If the resin test shows an abnormal display, the mechanical sensor body may be damaged, and the device cannot detect the pressure value through the sensor, resulting in an abnormal error. In this case, it is recommended that you consult the store where you purchased the equipment, and provide a detailed description of the situation and equipment status pictures, and professional technical personnel will assist you to solve the problem.
The mechanical sensor did not detect any release force in the current layer. In order to be compatible with different types of resins, the device cancels this detection for print layers with exposure area < 15mm*15mm.
The model is defective due to exposure problems, resin problems, parameter problems, ambient temperature problems, leveling problems, etc.
Remove the cartridge and printing platform and place a sheet of A4 paper on the exposure screen. Then click "Exposure", select the first exposure image to expose 10S, and confirm whether the image of the control screen and the LCD screen are consistent. Please avoid looking directly at the exposed image to prevent eye damage. If yes, please click the next method to check. If you do not agree, please record a video and contact the shop where you purchased the equipment, there will be a professional technician to help you solve the problem.
If you are using a third-party brand of resin, try using Anycubic official resin first and run a print test.
1.If you use Anycubic official resin to print normally, we recommend that you consult the resin supplier for appropriate printing parameters, or use our official test resin file "R_E_R_F" for testing. For details about the "R_E_R_F" file, please refer to the image below. This will help determine the printing parameters that are best for you.
Note: You can get the "R_E_R_F" file from the USB flash drive.
2.If the same situation occurs with Anycubic official resin, it is recommended to print the test file on the USB flash drive first, in order to eliminate possible problems caused by improper adding of model support. If you still don't see the model on the print platform after printing the official test file, consider adjusting the bottom exposure time to 80 seconds. If you find that only the bottom of the model is attached to the printing platform, try increasing the normal exposure time.
At temperatures below 20°C, the fluidity of the resin is affected, which has a negative impact on printing. In order to optimize the printing effect, it is recommended that you make full use of the heating function of the tank. First, please click "Other"-"Heating Resin Vat", set the required heating temperature, and then turn on the automatic heating function. During this process, the tank is automatically heated to the set temperature, thus increasing the printing success rate.
Note: Heating for a long time may lead to high local temperature of the tank. Do not touch directly at the end of printing to avoid burns.
First, please remove the resin vat and clean the printing platform. Then place a piece of leveling paper or A4 paper above the left side of the exposure screen and click "Move Z axis" on the main screen. When the printing platform slowly moves down to the stop twitch the levelling paper or A4 paper, feel if there is a large resistance, and then check the right side in the same way. If it is relatively easy to twitch on one or both sides, manually level and calibrate the printing platform.
