¶ 2.Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Remove the front cover
Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the front cover of the touch screen.
2.Remove the tape that fixes the exposure screen cable and the touch screen cable, lift the buckle upwards and take out the cable.
3.Unplug the Z-axis limit switch harness, motor harness, fan harness, power harness, etc.
¶ Step 2: Remove the rear cover
1. Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the front cover of the touch screen.
2.Unplug the rod module wiring harness plug.
3.Unplug the wiring harness plug of the trough module.
¶ Step 3: Remove the bottom plate fixing screws
1. Use an S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the bottom plate fixing screws.
2.Use an S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws on both sides of the side panels.
¶ Step 4: Remove the hood
1. Use an S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws on both sides of the side panels.
2.Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the Fresnel lens fixing screw.
¶ 3. Installation steps
¶ Step 1: Install the Fresnel lens
1. Take out the new Fresnel lens and tighten the Fresnel lens fixing screws using an S2.5 Allen key.
2.Use the S3.0 Allen key to tighten the fixing screws on both sides of the side panels.
¶ Step 2: Install the base
1. Use an S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the base plate fixing screws.
2.Use the S3.0 Allen key to tighten the fixing screws on both sides of the side panels.
¶ Step 3: Install the wiring harness
1. Plug the LCD screen cable into the motherboard port (the cable needs to be aligned and inserted, with the blue side facing up), and press the card tightly。
2.Install Z-axis limit switch harness, motor harness, fan harness, power harness, etc.
3.Use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws fixing the touch screen front cover.
4.Plug the rod module harness plug into the adapter board.
5.Plug the wiring harness plug of the trough module into the adapter board.
6.Use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws fixing the touch screen front cover.
