● S3.0 Allen key
● Suction cup
¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
Note: Please raise the print cantilever to the highest position for easy replacement.
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing the LCD screen, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the front cover
① Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws that fix the front cover of the printer.
② Remove the FPC cable connected to the LCD screen.
¶ Step 3: Remove the LCD screen
① Tear off the anti-scratch film and exposure screen sticker.
Note: If the suction cup is difficult to pull up the LCD screen, you can drip the degumming agent along the seam of the LCD screen and let it stand for two minutes before trying again.
② Remove the exposure screen and tempered glass, use the suction cup to stick to the LCD screen and pull up the LCD screen.
¶ 3. Installation steps:
¶ Step 1: Install tempered glass
① Use double-sided tape to stick to the edges around the upper base plate and tear off the upper double-sided tape.
② Tear off the protective film on both sides of the tempered glass, press the edges of the tempered glass with both hands, and place the tempered glass.
¶ Step 2: Install the exposure screen
① Install the exposure screen and remove the protective film.
