Replace the mainboard when power is off.

Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the front cover of the touch screen.
1. Remove the tape that fixes the exposure screen cable and the touch screen cable, lift the buckle upwards and take out the cable.
2.Please unplug the Z-axis limit switch harness, motor harness, fan harness, power harness and other harnesses.
Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the motherboard fixing screws。
1. Take out the new motherboard and tighten the motherboard fixing screws with an S2.0 Allen key.
1. Plug the exposure screen cable into the motherboard port (the cable needs to be aligned and inserted, with the blue side facing up), and press the card tightly.
2.Plug in the wire harness labeled "PWR".
3.Align the WiFi antenna harness head with the motherboard terminal and tighten the harness.
4.Plug the 8P wiring harness plug into the mainboard.
5.Plug the wiring harness plug marked with "PWM", "NTC", and 4P into the mainboard.
6.Plug the wiring harness plug marked with "Z-" and "MOTOR" into the main board.
7.Plug the wiring harness plug marked with "UV" into the main board.
8.Plug the harness plug labeled "Motherboard" into the motherboard.
9.Plug the wiring harness plug marked with "F1" and "FAN" into the main board.
10.Plug the touch screen cable into the motherboard port (the cable needs to be aligned and inserted with the blue side facing up) and press the card tightly. Plug the power harness into the motherboard as well.
Use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws fixing the touch screen front cover.
1. Turn on the power; then go back to the front of the machine and press and hold the start button for 2 seconds to turn on the machine.
2.Check the exposure screen to see if the three images can be displayed normally.
3.Remove the printing platform and check whether the Z axis can be reset to zero.
4.Check whether the material box and automatic feeding and retracting display "connected".
5.Click-"Other"-"Self-check‘’、"LCD Screen"."Force Detection".
