¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing the UV lamp module, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the back cover
① Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the back cover.
② Unplug the automatic feed and retract module signal line adapter board connection line.
¶ Step 3: Separate the adapter board wiring
① Remove the adapter board wiring under the UV lamp module one by one. (Before removing, you can use your mobile phone to take a picture of the wiring label to facilitate subsequent reconnection.)
② Cut off the fixing tie of the UV lamp wiring.
¶ Step 4: Remove the front cover
① Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws that fix the front cover of the printer.
② Remove the control screen button wiring and the control screen FPC cable on the front cover.
③ Unplug the UV lamp connection line connected to the motherboard.
¶ Step 5: Remove the outer shell on both sides
① Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the outer shell on both sides.
② Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the bottom of the outer shell.
¶ Step 6: Remove the UV lamp module
① Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the UV lamp module.
② Open the connection line buckle to facilitate the removal of the wiring.
② Remove the UV lamp module and slowly pull out the UV lamp connection line.
¶ 3. Installation steps:
¶ Step 1: Install the UV lamp module
① Replace the new UV lamp module and use the S3.0 Allen key to install and fix it. (When installing, pay attention to the fixing columns on both sides)
② Reconnect the UV lamp wiring connected to the motherboard.
③ Place each connection line in the buckle.
¶ Step 2: Install the printer shell
① Install the shell and use the S3.0 Allen key to install and fix the bottom.
②Use the S2.5 Allen key to install and fix the housings on both sides.
¶ Step 3: Install the front cover
①Reconnect the control screen cable and button cable. (Blue side of FPC cable facing up)
②Install the front cover and fix the front cover with the S3.0 Allen key.
¶ Step 4: Install the back cover
①Reconnect each cable to the adapter plate one by one.
②Use cable ties to fix the cable.
③Reconnect the cable of the automatic feeding and retracting module.
④Install the back cover and fix it with the S2.5 Allen key.
