¶ Troubleshooting
Due to the update and upgrade of Photon M3 max's touch screen UI, we have equipped a new touch screen for replacement. Some customers' machine firmware may not have been updated for a long time, and a black screen will appear after installing a new touch screen. For this problem, you can refer to the following method to solve this problem.
¶ Update Process
1. Use the "P_M32H1P_003.BIN" file to replace the boot interface. Put this file into an empty USB drive and then directly insert it into the machine to update without clicking (it will restart after the update to check whether it has been changed)
2. When no UI interface is displayed, insert the USB flash drive containing the "P_M32H1U_005.BIN" file to automatically start burning the UI firmware. After the update is completed according to step 1, delete the file in the USB flash drive, and then put this file into the USB flash drive for update
