Before replacing the UV lamp, make sure to choose a relatively spacious workbench or desktop for disassembly.
Before any operation, be sure to turn off the device and disconnect the power to ensure safety.
Note: When disassembling screws corresponding to accessories, store them in a box and label them to avoid confusion during reinstallation.
Disconnect the automatic feeding cap device's cables, the air and feeding tubes on the cap, and remove the automatic feeding cap device for later installation.
Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the five screws fixing the device's back cover, then disconnect the wires on the back adapter board of the device's back cover.
Remove the device's back cover and set it aside for later installation.
Place the device upside down so that the bottom faces you.
Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the three screws fixing the device's front cover.
After moving the device's front cover slightly, disconnect the terminal of the touchscreen on the mainboard,
remove the entire device's front cover, and place it aside for later installation.
Disconnect the terminal cable from the mainboard.
① Use the S2.5 Allen key (red marking) and S3.0 Allen key (blue marking) to unscrew the screws fixing the bottom plate (M3X5mm 8 screws, M4X10mm 8 screws).
② Disconnect the motor terminal cable and the UV lamp cable.
③ Use diagonal pliers to cut the cable ties fixing the cables.
Open the cable slot buckle to facilitate the subsequent disassembly of the UV lamp (because the UV lamp's cable is in the buckle).
Avoid breaking the cable due to its short length during subsequent bottom plate placement.
④ Place the device's bottom plate on the side for disassembly.
Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the ten screws fixing the UV light lens bracket module. Remove the UV light lens bracket module and set it aside for later installation.
① Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the sixteen screws fixing the UV lamp. Remove the UV lamp from the device.
② Since the back of the UV lamp is coated with heat dissipation silicone grease, wipe off any remaining grease on the device's bottom plate with a dust-free cloth.
Take out the new UV lamp and the sixteen screws previously removed.
Evenly apply heat dissipation silicone grease to the back of the UV lamp.
Align with the screw holes on the device's bottom plate and use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws.
Note: The side of the UV lamp with the cable should be installed on the right.
Take out the previously removed UV light lens bracket module and screws.
Align with the screw holes on the device's bottom plate and use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws.
① First, insert the UV lamp cable into the UV light driver board and then insert the motor cable into the corresponding motor port.
Ensure that the UV lamp cable is properly placed in the cable slot buckle, then tighten the cable buckle.
Next, use cable ties to secure the cable between the two cable slot buckles, and finally, use diagonal pliers to cut off the excess cable ties.

② Next, install the device's bottom plate back onto the device.
Take out the previously removed screws (M3X5mm 8 screws, M4X10mm 8 screws),
use the S2.5 Allen key (red-marked part) and S3.0 Allen key (blue-marked part) to align each screw hole, pre-lock the screws first, and finally, tighten them one by one.
Connect the exposure screen cable to the mainboard.
Note: When installing, make sure the side of the cable with the gold fingers is facing upward.
Take out the previously removed device front cover and screws.
Next, insert the touchscreen cable into the mainboard port, then align the front cover with the screw holes and use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws one by one.
Note: When installing, make sure the side of the cable with the gold fingers is facing downward.
For a more intuitive view of how to connect the cables, the installation of the exposure screen cable installed above has been omitted.
Take out the previously removed device back cover and screws.
Insert the resin detection cable into the adapter board on the device's back cover, align with the screws on the device,
and use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws one by one.
Take out the automatic feeding cap device, install the automatic feeding cap device cable, the air tube on the cap, and the feeding tube.
Connect the device adapter to the device, press the power switch on the side of the device to start it.
If, after turning on the device, the touchscreen does not display any content, it may be that the touchscreen cable is inserted incorrectly or not inserted properly.
Please carefully refer to the installation steps in Step 5 and reinstall.
Place an A4 paper on the device's exposure screen.
Then, on the main interface, click on "Tools" - "Exposure" - select the first rectangular exposure pattern - "Next,"
and observe whether the exposure shown on the exposure screen through the A4 paper matches the exposure pattern on the control screen.
If there is a discrepancy, it may be that the exposure screen cable is inserted incorrectly or not inserted properly.
Please carefully refer to the installation steps in Step 4 and reinstall.
If the UV lamp does not light up during the exposure process, please record a video demonstrating the inability to illuminate the UV lamp during exposure.
