Before starting the replacement, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power to ensure safe operations.
Use an S2.5 hex key to loosen the two screws securing the limit switch.
①Use an S2.0 hex key to loosen the screws securing the rear cover, and remove the cover downward.
②Use the S3.0 hex key to loosen and remove the screws that fix the base shell of the printer.
③Unplug the limit switch connected to the main board and the motor wiring plug.
④Tear off a corner of the black glue on the edge of the back cover, and forcefully separate the printer base shell from the edge of the hand rest.
① Take out the limit switch and remove the wiring plug connected to the limit switch.
②Replace the limit switch and connect the connecting cable plug back to the limit switch port
Reinstall the limit switch and secure it with an S2.5 hex key.
①Install the base of the printer, and connect the motor and limit switch wiring plugs back to the main board.
②Use an S2.0 hex key to install and fix the rear cover.
③Use the S3.0 hex key to install and fix the base shell of the printer.
