Remove the cover, print platform, and resin vat. Before replacing the UV lamp board, make sure the device is turned off and the power is disconnected for safety.
Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the 5 screws fixing the device's back cover. Take out the back cover and place it aside for later installation.
Refer to the diagram and disconnect the exposure screen cable, ground wire, motor cable, limit switch cable, and UV lamp cable from the motherboard.
The exposure screen cable has fixed high-temperature tape; you can remove the tape before unplugging.
① Lay the device down with the base facing you. Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the 6 screws fixing the base.
② Since the top board is attached with stickers, tear open the edge of the stickers a bit for easy separation.
After tearing, separate the top board module from the base module.
With the base module facing you, use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the 6 screws fixing the UV lamp module. Remove the UV lamp module from the base module.
Note:
When removing the screws, support the UV lamp module slightly by hand to avoid the module from falling after the screws are removed, which may damage the components.
Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws on both sides of the UV module (2 screws on one side). Separate the lens module and UV lamp board.
Take out the new UV lamp board. Use the S2.5 Allen key to align it with the lens module and the screw holes from the previously removed UV lamp board. Tighten the screws.
① Install the UV lamp module onto the base.
Note:
Ensure proper alignment of the module with the base's grooves. The diagram details the groove positions, with the lens module omitted for reference.
②Support the UV lamp module by hand. With the base module facing forward,
use the previously removed screws and the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the UV lamp module onto the base module.
① Take out the previously removed top board module and install it onto the base module.
Note:
I. When installing, organize the wires on the top board, placing them in the base to avoid damage during installation.
II. The exposure screen cable should be routed through the 3 grooves in the base to avoid possible interference or disturbance with the UV lamp module during installation.
② With the base module facing forward, use the previously removed screws and the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the top board onto the base.
Following the diagram, install the exposure screen cable, ground wire, motor cable, limit switch cable, and UV lamp cable into the motherboard.
When installing the exposure screen cable, ensure the connecting finger are facing downward.
Power on the device and place an A4 paper on the exposure screen.
Click "Tools" -> "Exposure" -> select any exposure pattern and click "Next." Observe whether the UV lamp board lights up normally.
Note:
Do not stare directly at the exposure image for an extended period to avoid eye injury.
PageIf the exposure image shows abnormalities, close the device, and reinstall the exposure screen cable. The cable may not be inserted properly.
Take out the device back cover and use the S2.0 Allen key to tighten the previously removed back cover screws (a total of 5 screws).
Ensure the back cover is securely fixed.
