¶ 2. Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Disassemble the Base
1. Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the cover fixing screws.
2. Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the base fixing screws.
3. Remove the tape that fixes the exposure screen cable.
4. Pull the buckle upward and remove the cable.
5. Unplug the Z-axis limit switch harness and motor harness.
6. Separate the upper base plate from the base.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the control screen
1. Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the four fixing screws that fix the UV lamp, remove the UV lamp and place it aside.
2. Separate the FPC cable connected to the control screen.
3. Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the control screen and remove the control screen assembly.
4. Replace the control screen and remove the protective film on the screen.
5. Reinstall the fixed control screen assembly.
¶ Step 3: Install the control screen
1. Use the S2.0 Allen key to install the fixed control screen assembly.
2. Reconnect the control screen FPC cable.
3. Place the cable at the cable stop to prevent blocking the UV light source.
4. Use the S2.5 Allen key to install the fixed UV lamp.
Step 4: Install the base
1. Place the exposure screen cable in the base card slot.
