¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before disassembly, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the rear cover
1.Loosen the five screws securing the rear cover using the S2.0 allen key, and remove the rear cover.
2. Remove the limit switch cable from the mainboard.
¶ Step 3: Remove the limit switch
Use the S2.5 allen key to unscrew the two screws securing the limit switch and remove the limit switch.
¶ 3. Installation steps:
¶ Step 1: Replace the limit switch
Replace with a new limit switch
¶ Step 2: Install the limit switch
Install the limit switch, then use the S2.5 allen key to tighten the two screws holding the limit switch.
¶ Step 3: Install the rear cover
1. Connect the limit switch to the port on the mainboard
2. Install the rear cover, and tighten the five screws securing the rear cover using an S2.0 allen key.
