①The printer cannot read special symbols.
②The printer cannot directly read STL and OBJ models.
③The printer cannot read USB drives with a capacity of 32GB or higher.
④The printer cannot read files within folders. Please place files in the root directory of the USB drive.
⑤It is recommended to name model files in pure English and within 15 characters.
Troubleshooting:
①Please check whether the format of the slice file matches the printer. For the specific file format, you can click Settings in Anycubic Photon Workshop to find the corresponding model and check the slice file suffix.
1. Click "Machine".
2. Click "Add Printer"
3. Select the "Anycubic Photon Mono 4" machine - "Add"
4. Slice file suffix "pm4n" format.
②If the file format is correct, ensure that your sliced file is stored in the root directory of the USB drive and not in any folder.
Troubleshooting:
1.Try formatting the USB drive in FAT32 with a 4096-byte allocation unit, and the capacity should be within 32GB. Reslice the files to avoid corruption due to improper file saving.
2.Attempt to use a different USB drive, ensuring that the capacity is not greater than 32GB.
3. Save the file in the slicing software, choose to save it on the computer desktop, and then copy the file to the U disk (do not save it directly to the U disk).
4. The USB flash drive needs to be ejected safely through the computer. Do not pull out the USB flash drive directly to avoid data loss.
