S2.0 Allen Key
S2.5 Allen Key
1. Power on the machine, use the Allen wrench to trigger the photoelectric switch, and observe whether the indicator light is on. If the indicator light does not light up, please refer to step 2 to troubleshoot the problem.
2. If the indicator light is on, remove the printing platform and trough, click "Z Axis" to raise the platform to halfway position.
3.Click "Z-axis zero point" and use the hexagonal wrench to trigger the photoelectric switch and observe whether the motor stops first, then moves up and then stops. If there is such action, the Z-axis limit switch is working normally.
If step 1 cannot solve the problem, please refer to step 2 for troubleshooting.
1. Use an S2.5 Allen Key to unscrew the Z-axis limit switch fixing screw.
2.Reseat and unplug the wiring harness.
3.Use an S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the mainboard cover fixing screws.
4.Reseat the wiring harness on the motherboard.
5.If the above steps cannot solve the problem, you need to replace the Z-axis limit switch.
