The strain gauge assembly of the Photon Mono M5s Pro is located at the cantilever of the device (where the print platform is installed).

Before replacing the strain gauge assembly, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
① Rotate the resin tank's plum blossom handle counterclockwise, unscrew it, and remove the resin tank to the side for later use.
② With gloves on, rotate the platform handle counterclockwise, unscrew it, and then remove the print platform.

③ After removing the print platform, spray alcohol on its surface, and then use tissue to wipe it clean to remove any resin residue.
① Remove the silicone sleeve on the Z-axis cantilever and place it aside for later installation.
② Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the four screws securing the strain gauge assembly,
then disconnect the wires of the strain gauge assembly from the internal adapter board on the cantilever, and finally, remove the strain gauge assembly.

① Take out the new strain gauge assembly and the screws previously removed.
Insert the wires of the strain gauge assembly into the internal adapter board on the cantilever, align with the screw holes, and use the S3.0 Allen key to sequentially tighten the screws.

② Take out the previously removed silicone sleeve and install it on the Z-axis cantilever.
On the main interface, click on the "Tools" option in the left menu bar.
In the tools interface, click on "Move Z."
In the Move Z-axis interface, click on "Move Z" in the left menu bar 11 times to enter the strain gauge assembly calibration function.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the calibration of the strain gauge assembly.
