If you find that the cured model is not sticking to the print platform during the printing process, Code:1204
please refer to the following video for cleaning your printer.
For the issue you are facing, there may be several reasons:
Remove the resin tank and print platform. Place an A4 paper on the exposure screen, go to "Tools" - "Exposure,"
select the first exposure image, and click "Exposure" to confirm whether the control screen and LCD screen exposure images match.
Avoid direct eye contact with the exposure image to prevent eye injury.
If they match, proceed to the next step.
If not, please record a video and create an after-sales ticket to provide it to the after-sales engineer.
The after-sales engineers will assist you in finding a solution to the problem(Reply time :1 working day)

If you are using third-party resin, try using Anycubic's official resin for a print test.
① If Anycubic's official resin prints normally, consult the resin supplier for suitable print parameters or use the official test resin file "R_E_R_F" we provide for testing.
For detailed instructions on the "R_E_R_F" file, refer to the image below. The file is stored on a USB flash drive.
② If the same issue occurs even when using Anycubic official resin,
it is recommended to prioritize printing the "TEST Default Resin Fast.m5sp" test file from the USB drive.
This helps to rule out potential problems caused by improper model support additions.
If, after printing the official test file "TEST Default Resin Fast.m5sp," you still do not see a formed model on the print platform,
consider adjusting the bottom exposure time to 80 seconds.
If you find only the model's bottom sticking to the print platform, try increasing the normal exposure time.
In an environment below 20°C, resin flow is affected, negatively impacting printing.
To optimize printing results, make full use of the heating function of the Air Heater & Purifier and the scheduled printing function of the M5s Pro.
First, enable the heating function of the Air Heater & Purifier. During this process,
the device will gradually raise the ambient temperature inside the cover to your preset target temperature (recommended setting is 35°C),
ensuring the resin is in the optimal printing state. Next, make full use of the M5s Pro's scheduled printing function.
By presetting the time required for the Air Heater & Purifier to reach the target temperature,
the device will automatically start printing when the countdown ends, improving the success rate of printing.
