¶ Tips:
① The printer cannot read special symbols.
② The printer cannot directly read STL and OBJ models.
③ The printer cannot read USB drives with a capacity of 32GB or higher.
④ The printer cannot read files within folders. Please place files in the root directory of the USB drive.
⑤ It is recommended to name model files in pure English and within 15 characters.
¶ 1. File Format Error
Troubleshooting:
①Check if the format of the sliced file matches the printer.
Refer to the table below for specific file formats or find the corresponding model in Anycubic Photon Workshop by clicking "Settings" to view the file suffix.

②If the file format is correct, ensure that your sliced file is stored in the root directory of the USB drive and not in any folder.
¶ 2. File Corruption
Troubleshooting:
①Try formatting the USB drive in FAT32 with a 4096-byte allocation unit,
and the capacity should be within 32GB. Reslice the files to avoid corruption due to improper file saving.
②Attempt to use a different USB drive, ensuring that the capacity is not greater than 32GB.
