S3.0 Allen key
A4 paper
USB flash drive with print files
When disassembling the components, first remove the print platform and resin vat and place them aside for easier disassembly and subsequent use.
Before replacing the pressure sensor, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power for safe operation.
① First, remove the protective sleeve on the Z-axis arm.
② Use the S3.0 Allen key to loosen the four screws securing the pressure sensor.
③ Carefully remove the pressure sensor and unplug the pressure sensor cable from the sensor adapter board.
① Take out the new pressure sensor and insert its cable into the terminal of the sensor adapter board. Carefully place the adapter board in the recess of the arm.
② Use the S3.0 Allen key to loosely tighten the four screws of the pressure sensor, but do not overtighten for later position adjustment.
Connect the printer to the power supply and turn it on. Insert the USB flash drive with print files.
① Install the print platform and tighten the platform nut clockwise.
② Place an A4 paper on the LCD exposure screen.
③ Select an empty print model file and do not install the resin vat.
④ Click on "Print". After the Z-axis returns to zero, wait for 1-3 seconds. Two situations may occur:
Situation 1: The touchscreen may display a prompt saying "Insufficient resin in the vat, please replenish." Do not click any buttons.
Situation 2: If no prompt appears, manually set the Bottom Exposure time to 200 seconds in the print settings for sufficient time for installation adjustment.
When the print platform descends to the A4 paper for the first layer printing, use the S3.0 Allen key to tighten the four screws of the pressure sensor.
Ensure that the screws are tightened to maintain the stability of the sensor.
① On the main screen, click on the "Tools" option in the left menu bar.
② In the Tools interface, click on "Move Z".
③ In the Move Z-axis interface, tap the "Move Z" in the left menu bar 11 times to enter the pressure sensor calibration function.
Follow the prompts on the touchscreen to complete the pressure sensor calibration.
