¶ 2.Replacement Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the Printer
Before starting the replacement, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power to ensure safe operations.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Base
①Use the S2.0 hex key to loosen the screws securing the back cover plate and remove the cover plate downward.
②Disconnect the FPC ribbon cable and wiring connector connecting the mainboard to the base.
③Use the S3.0 hex key to loosen and remove the screws securing the outer shell of the printer base.
¶ Step 3: Separate the Base Shell
Peel off a corner of the black adhesive at the edge of the back cover and separate the printer base shell by lifting the edges.
¶ Step 4: Replace the WiFi Antenna
①Disconnect the WiFi antenna connector from the mainboard.
②Remove the WiFi antenna attached to the inside of the printer.
③Attach the new WiFi antenna inside the machine.
④Reconnect the WiFi antenna's connector to the mainboard.
¶ Step 5: Install the Base
Merge the printer's top cover with the base and reconnect the mainboard cables.
¶ Step 6: Install the Back Cover
Reconnect the fan's wiring to the mainboard and use the S2.0 hex key to secure the back cover.
¶ Step 7: Secure the Base
Use the S3.0 hex key to secure and fix the printer base shell.
