(1) If there is residual resin in the resin vat, please click "Tools" -> "Cleaning" -> "10s".
(2) Put on gloves and use a scraper to remove the residue from the resin vat.
Note: Be careful not to scratch the release film to avoid resin leakage during operation.
(3) Pour the remaining resin out from the front side of the resin vat and filter it using a funnel.
Note: Do not pour resin out from the rear side of the resin vat to avoid damaging the vat.
(4) Spray alcohol onto the surface of the release film and then gently wipe with a lint-free cloth until no resin drips when the resin vat is inverted.
(1) Invert the resin vat and use an S2.5 allen key to remove the diagonal screws (M3X14mm, 4 screws).
(2) Use an S2.0 allen key to remove the remaining screws (M3X12mm, 18 screws).
(1) Remove the steel ring from the resin vat and then use an S2.0 allen key to loosen the screws (M3X5mm, 22 screws) securing the release film.
(1) Remove the old release film, spray alcohol on the surface of the steel ring, and then use a lint-free cloth to wipe off the remaining resin.
(1) Remove the protective film from the release film, and then place the steel ring and the release film according to the diagram below.
Note: The large hole of the steel ring should be placed upwards and the small hole downwards. The smooth surface of the release film with the yellow sticker side should be facing upwards, while the frosted surface should be facing the light source.
(2) Align the screw holes of the two steel rings and use an S2.0 allen key to tighten the four screws diagonally.
Note: Before tightening the screws, ensure the smoothness of the release film. Wrinkles may affect printing quality.
(3) use an S2.0 allen key to tighten another eighteen screws
(1) Invert the steel ring installed in the previous step and align it with the screw holes on the resin tank. Use an S2.5 allen key to tighten the four screws diagonally.
(2) Use an S2.0 allen key to tighten another eighteen screws.
(3) Use a utility knife to trim off the excess ACF film along the steel ring, cutting it to achieve the effect shown in the diagram below.
Note: Be careful not to cut your fingers during the operation.
After replacing the resin film, inspect the surface for any wrinkles or damage.
