Please check if the ambient temperature is too low. The recommended ambient temperature is 5℃-40℃. In low-temperature environments, try pouring the resin into the smart resin tank to heat it, improving resin flow. Then check the ambient humidity, which should not exceed 80%.
You need to check the viscosity of the resin. Resins with a viscosity within 2000cps can use the automatic feeding and discharging function. Resins exceeding this viscosity may affect the resin pump's operation.
1. Check whether the cables of the automatic loading and unloading module are loose.
2. On the printer interface, check whether the automatic feed and retreat module is properly connected, and then check whether the automatic feed and retreat module is on. If no connection is displayed on the printer interface or the automatic ejector module turns red, reinstall the module and wait for 3s before checking the connection status.
3. If the automatic feeding and retracting module is green, click the feeding and retracting swing arm does not move, please reinsert the cable.
1.If it is not loose, check if the sealing ring of the automatic feeding bottle cap is dislodged or deformed, then reinstall the sealing ring.For the detailed installation process, please refer to Automatic Feeding Bottle Cap Sealing Ring Installation Guide
Note: The first feed time of different materials of resin is different, and it is recommended to wait 20-30s when using the automatic feed module for the first time.
2.Please check whether the aluminum film of the bottle cap protrudes the edge. If the edge is protruding, please cut off the protruding aluminum film and reinstall the cap.
3.Try wrapping the resin bottle cap with cling film to check if you can advance and retreat normally..
4. Check whether there is gas in the inlet and outlet pipe of the module when you click on the feed/return material (feed blowing, return material inhaling)
1. Check if the resin bottle is empty. If it is empty, the probe cannot detect the resin, and feeding will fail. If the resin bottle is too tall, the probe may not detect the resin, also causing feeding failure.
2. Check if the resin bottle is full. If it is full, discharging will fail. Try using a different resin bottle. If the resin bottle is too short, the probe may detect the resin, also causing discharging failure.
First connect the printer to the internet, then click on “Version” button-”OTA upgrade" button.
If the above steps do not solve the problem, then you need to replace the automatic feed module.
