¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before making the replacement, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the trough heating module
①Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the housing fixing screws that fix the heating module.
②Remove the front housing of the heating module.
③Use diagonal pliers to cut off the cable ties that fix the peristaltic pump tube at both ends.
¶ 3. Installation steps
①Replace the peristaltic pump tube, use the cable tie to fix one end first, and then install the pump tube around the rotor to fix the other end.
②Reinstall the housing and fix it with the S2.5 Allen key.
