Before replacing, ensure the printer is turned off and disconnected from power for safety.
① Use S2.0Allen key to remove the screws securing the casing of the fixed resin vat.
② Disconnect the connectors linking to the resin vat.
① Use S2.0Allen key to remove the screws securing the cover.
② Unplug the labeled connectors from the mainboard and remove the screw securing the grounding wire using a 2.0Allen key.
① Use S3.0Allen key to remove the 10 screws securing the baseplate.
② Use S2.0Allen keyto remove the upper screws securing the power interface.
③ Pull out the connection cable and separate the printer base.
① Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the power lines connected to the power supply one by one.
② Cut off the fixed zip ties, use an S3.0Allen key to remove the ground wire fixing screw on the power supply. Separate the connection lines.
③ Use an S3.0Allen key to remove the screws securing the power supply.
① Replace with the new power supply, use an S3.0Allen key to secure the power supply.
② Use an S3.0Allen keyto secure the ground wire, then use zip ties to secure the connection lines, and place the connection lines in the cable clips.
③ Use a Phillips screwdriver to reconnect the power lines one by one.
Install the printer base, and pass the mainboard and resin vat connector cables through the reserved holes.
① Reconnect the mainboard connector plugs and FPC ribbon cables to the mainboard.
② Use S2.0Allen key to secure the grounding wire to the mainboard.
③ Install the mainboard cover and secure it with S2.0Allen key.
① Use S3.0Allen key to secure the printer base.
② Use S2.0Allen key to secure the power interface.
① Reconnect the resin vat cable.
② Use S2.5Allen key to install the fixed resin vat.
