¶ 1. Tools:
- S2.0 Allen Key
- S2.5 Allen Key
- New ACF film
- Scissors
- Lint-free cloth
- Alcohol
- Spatula
- Funnel
¶ 2. Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Clean the Resin Tank
(1)If there is residual resin in the resin vat, please click "Tools" -> "Cleaning" -> "10s".
(2)Wear gloves and use a spatula to remove any residue from the tank.
Note: Be careful not to scratch the ACF film to prevent resin leakage.
(3)Please pour the remaining resin out of the front slant of the tank and filter it using a funnel. Then spray alcohol on the ACF film surface and gently wipe with a lint-free cloth until no resin drips when the tank is inverted.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Steel Ring
(1)Invert the resin vat and use the S2.5 Allen key to remove 4 diagonal screws.
(2)Use the S2.0 Allen key to remove the remaining 18 screws.
¶ Step 3: Remove the ACF Film
(1)Remove the steel ring from the resin vat, then use the S2.0 Allen key to remove the 22 screws securing the ACF film.
¶ Step 4: Clean the Steel Ring
(1)Remove the old ACF film, spray alcohol on the steel ring, and wipe off any remaining resin with a lint-free cloth.
¶ 3. Assembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Install the ACF Film
(1)Remove the protective film from the release film, then place the steel ring and release film as shown in the diagram.
Note: The larger hole of the steel ring should be on top, the smaller hole on the bottom, and the release side should be placed between the two steel rings (the smooth side with the yellow sticker faces the resin, and the frosted side faces the light source).
(2)Align the screw holes of the two steel rings and use the S2.0 Allen key to tighten the 4 diagonal screws.
Note: Ensure the ACF film is smooth before tightening the screws, as wrinkles will affect the print quality.
(3)Use the S2.0 Allen key to tighten the remaining 18 screws.
