¶ 2.Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing, please ensure the printer is turned off and disconnected from power for safety.
¶ Step 2: Disconnect printer cable
① Use S2.0 Allen key to remove the screws securing the casing of the fixed resin vat.
② Disconnect the connectors linking to the resin vat.
¶ Step 3: Remove the mainboard cover
① Use S2.0 Allen key to remove the screws securing the cover.
② Unplug the labeled connectors from the mainboard and remove the screw securing the grounding wire using S2.0 Allen key.
¶ Step 4: Remove the baseplate
① Use S3.0 Allen key to remove the 10 screws securing the baseplate.
② Use S2.0 Allen key to remove the upper screws securing the power interface.
③ Pull out the connection cable and separate the printer base.
¶ Step 5: Remove the UV lamp board cooling fan
① Loosen the four screws fastening the two cooling fans using the S2.5 Allen key, and then remove the cooling fan cables.
¶ 3.Installation steps:
¶ Step 1: Install the UV light board cooling fan
①Please replace new cooling fan, then use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the four screws securing the cooling fan and connect the cables to the cooling fan.
¶ Step 2: Install the printer base
Install the printer base, and pass the mainboard and resin vat connector cables through the reserved holes.
¶ Step 3: Connect the mainboard cables
① Reconnect the mainboard connector plugs and FPC ribbon cables to the mainboard.
② Use S2.0 Allen key to secure the grounding wire to the mainboard.
③ Install the mainboard cover and secure it with S2.0 Allen key.
¶ Step 4: Secure the base
① Use S3.0 Allen key to secure the printer base.
② Use S2.0 Allen key to secure the power interface.
¶ Step 5: Connect the resin vat cable
① Reconnect the resin vat cable.
② Use S2.5 Allen key to install the fixed resin vat.
