¶ Step 1: Remove the machine cover
¶ Step 2: Remove the material box and printing platform
①Turn the plum handle of the material box counterclockwise, unscrew it and remove the material box.
②Put on gloves, turn the print platform knob counterclockwise to loosen it, and then remove the print platform.
③Pour the resin in the material box back into the resin bottle through the funnel.
④Use alcohol and paper towels to wipe the residual resin on the print platform and the material box, wipe it clean and put it aside for subsequent packaging.
¶ Step 3: Remove the air purifier and WIFI antenna
①Remove the air purifier.
②Remove the WIFI antenna.
¶ Step 4: Return the cantilever to zero
In the main interface, click "Tools"-"Move Z axis"-"Z axis zero point". Let the cantilever drop to the bottom position for subsequent packaging.
¶ Step 5: Power off the device
Press the power switch on the back of the machine to turn off the device, and then unplug the power supply. Put it aside for subsequent packaging.
¶ Step 6: Arrange the accessories in the tool kit
The accessories in the tool box include funnel filter paper, material box plum handle * 2, S2.0/2.5/3.0 hexagon wrench, USB flash drive, mask, gloves, film auxiliary tool kit, plastic spatula, metal spatula, equipment power cord, air purifier, Photon Mono M7 user manual and other tools.
¶ Step 7: Machine packing
①Take out the box and foam retained during unpacking.
②Pack the foam, machine, machine accessories, and tool box one by one in the order of the pictures below, and finally pack the cartons with tape.
