When facing issues with poor print quality, you may encounter phenomena such as layer lines and difficulty in removing supports.
Troubleshooting:
Try adjusting the print parameters. It is recommended to increase the lift distance slightly based on the existing parameters and decrease the lift speed and retract speed.
If the printer has been in use for a long time and layer line issues persist at the same height, wipe the lead screw motor and linear rails with a lint-free cloth. Note: Do not use alcohol or water for cleaning to prevent rusting or seizing of the lead screw motor. After wiping, apply lubricant to the lead screw motor and linear rails, and move them up and down multiple times to ensure even lubricant application.
If the above troubleshooting methods do not help, please consult the store where you purchased the equipment and provide detailed troubleshooting steps. Professional technicians will assist you in resolving this issue.
Troubleshooting:
If supports are difficult to remove, gently remove them using tools such as pliers or scissors after the print is completed. Be careful not to damage the printed model.
Check if the printer has appropriate support parameters set. Excessive insertion distance and corresponding top width values may make supports difficult to remove, while too small values may lead to ineffective fixation of supports. It is recommended to determine suitable support parameters based on multiple printing experiences.
Check the printer's exposure time settings. Excessive normal exposure time may result in a hard and brittle print model. Try moderately reducing the normal exposure time and adjust it multiple times to find the appropriate parameters.
If the above steps do not provide assistance or if you encounter any other issues during subsequent use, we recommend that you create a support ticket.
