¶ Why do we need to clean the Z-axis screw?
1. If the lead screw is piled up or stuck, you need to clean and re-grease it.
2. If you hear abnormal noise during the operation of the Z-axis lead screw motor, this may be a maintenance issue.
¶ Tool:
Dust-free cloth

¶ Cleaning steps:
¶ Step 1: Preparation before cleaning
1.Power on the machine, remove the printing platform and the material box, and place an A4 paper on the LCD screen to prevent foreign matter from falling on the exposure screen.
2.First reset the machine to zero, click "Move Z " - "Z axis zero point".
¶ Step 2: Clean the screw rod
1. Wrap the screw rod with a dust-free cloth, click "Move Z " - select 50mm movement value, and click to lift several times until the overtravel prompt appears. (Clean from bottom to top).
2.Wrap the lead screw with a dust-free cloth and click "Move Z" - "Z-axis zero point". (Clean from top to bottom).
¶ Step 3: Apply grease
1. Apply a small amount of grease to the upper, middle and lower positions of the screw rod above the clearance, click "Move Z " - select 50mm movement value, and click to lift several times until the overtravel prompt is displayed.
2. Apply a small amount of grease to the upper, middle and lower positions of the screw rod below the clearance elimination component, click "Move Z " - "Z axis zero point" to ensure that the screw rod below the clearance elimination component is also lubricated in place.
