It is recommended that you re-level in strict accordance with the steps in the manual. When tightening the screws, it is recommended to press the printing platform by hand to make it fit the tempered glass as much as possible, and then tighten the screws.
It is recommended that you re-slice, adjust the printing parameters, increase the bottom exposure time of 10S on the original basis, and the bottom layer number of 5 layers.
These two parameters will affect the viscosity of the model on the printing platform, and are also dynamically adjusted according to the model size, weight, and contact area with the printing platform.
Please note that the excessive contact area of the model and the printing platform will cause this problem.
If you don't know how to adjust the parameters, please click on the link below to download the test files we recommend.
For the introduction of this file, please refer to the content of page 18 of the instructions.
The optimum printing temperature of the resin is around 23 degrees Celsius. Between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius, the fluidity will decrease and it will be difficult to cure. It needs to increase the exposure time to make up for it. Below 10°C will not cure.
If the temperature in your area is low, consider soaking the resin bottle in hot water for a while before printing. Hope this helps you.
