When the material tank is insufficient, please add resin or the release force is zero. If the error prompt is repeatedly and the problem has not been solved, you can refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the problem.

1. When the printing platform is not installed, you can reinstall the printing platform. If there is still a prompt, you can "stop" printing to further troubleshoot the problem.
2.Click "Other" - "Self-check" - "Force Detection" to see if the icon is green. If it is not, refer to step 2 to troubleshoot the problem.
1. Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the adapter plate assembly and re-plug the strain gauge assembly wiring plug.
2. After re-plugging the strain gauge wiring plug, check if the error still occurs when you re-print.
