¶ 2. Replacement steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Note: Please remove the printing platform and material box, and raise the Z-axis cantilever to facilitate the removal of the strain gauge assembly.
Before troubleshooting, please make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the strain gauge assembly
①Remove the silicone sleeve on the Z-axis cantilever and set it aside for subsequent installation.
②Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the strain gauge assembly.
¶ Step 3: Replace the strain gauge assembly
①Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the adapter plate assembly and unplug the strain gauge assembly wiring plug.
