The reason for the "E12" error on the Wash & Cure 3 Max is that after the water or alcohol was emptied, the bottom liquid level sensor still detected the presence of water or alcohol in the working bucket. Factors that may cause this problem include poor contact or complete damage of the liquid level sensor; Dirt or bubbles on the inner wall of the bucket cause the liquid level sensor to misjudge. The filter screen was clogged with solidified mixed waste liquid, resulting in incomplete water drainage. The imbalance of the desktop causes the water in the operation bucket to be unable to be completely drained. Foreign objects entering the waterway cause blockage of the drainage pump or solenoid valve.
First, please open the cover of the machine, and remove the cleaning basket and the model. After turning on the printer, there will be a red indicator light near the filter in the work bucket. Touch with your hand and observe whether the indicator light goes off.
If the indicator light does not go out, it indicates that there might be a problem with the liquid level sensor. Please refer to the following document to disassemble the base and reinsert the liquid level sensor cable, and check whether the indicator light goes off when touched. If the indicator light still does not go out after replugging, please replace the liquid level sensor.

After long-term use, a layer of solidified resin or residue may accumulate on the inner wall of the working bucket, which may prevent the liquid level sensor from working properly.
Open the machine cover, add clean water to the working bucket, and then use a plastic scraper to gently clean the inner wall of the working bucket.
Then press the "START/PAUSE" button on the machine's display panel to resume the operation, and the machine will continue the previous process.
After turning off the power, please open the machine cover and take out two strainers from inside the working bucket. Then use tools such as brushes to clean the blockages on the strainer, and then reinstall the strainer into the working bucket.
Note: Before cleaning, please ensure that there are no foreign objects at the bottom of the inner bucket. Foreign objects entering the liquid discharge port below the strainer can cause damage to the components.
After reinstalling the filter screen, please press the "START/PAUSE" button on the machine display panel to resume the operation.
Carefully check whether the workbench is level. If the workbench is unbalanced, it may cause the machine to tilt and prevent complete drainage from the work bucket.
Try to move the machine to a more stable position to ensure that the workbench remains level. This helps prevent the machine from tilting and ensures normal drainage.
Foreign objects entering the waterway cause the drainage pump to be blocked, the flow rate to decrease, and the drainage cannot be completed within the specified time. When the liquid level sensor detects water in the operation tank, it will alarm E12. Please disassemble the base and replace the drainage pump according to the following document.
