The reason why the Wash&Cure 3 Max shows the error "E20" is that the magnetic induction sensor detects that the machine cover is open. Factors that may cause this problem include pressing the "START/PAUSE" button when the lid is opened, forcibly opening the machine lid during the spraying/curing process of the machine, or damage to the magnetic induction sensor.
Before using any function, please make sure to check whether the machine cover is closed. If the "E20" error message occurs during use, please immediately check whether the machine cover is closed. If it is not closed, please close it immediately. The required functions can only be activated when the machine cover is closed.
Note: During cleaning or curing operations, please make sure to close the machine cover before starting the function.
Do not forcibly open the machine cover during the operation of the function. If you have forcibly opened it, please close it immediately and the machine will resume operation. If you need to open the machine cover during the cleaning process, please first click the "START/PAUSE" button on the display panel, and then click the "CANCEL" button to respond. After the program is completed, the machine cover can be opened when the red light of the machine door status goes out.
Note: When the machine is in operation, to ensure safety, it will stop after completing the process specified by the system.
(2) During the curing process, if you need to open the door, please first click the "START/PAUSE" button on the display panel to pause the machine. When the red light of the machine door status goes out, you can open the machine cover to observe the model. After the operation is completed, please close the machine door and then press the "START/PAUSE" key to continue the previous process.
If you ensure that the machine cover is closed during the function operation but still encounter the "E20" error, it might be that the magnetic induction sensor is damaged. Please reinsert the magnetic induction sensor wiring shown in the following picture and check if the machine reports this error. If the machine still shows the "E20" error after replugging, please refer to the following document to replace the magnetic induction sensor.
