The waste liquid, containing water, resin, and detergent, must be disposed of properly.
1. Allow the solvent stay still for over 10 hours so the residue could be precipitated and settled.
2. Drain off the top liquid and cure the residue in sunlight. Dispose of cured resin as solid waste.
The wash solvent may become muddy after prolonged use. Recycle it with the following treatment.
(Replace or dispose of the solvent after one month or 20 washes of 10.1-inch models to maintain its effectiveness.
1. Transfer the solvent to another bucket and let it settle for over 10 hours to precipitate residue.Meanwhile,clean the detergent container with water.
2. Filter the solvent's top layerinto the detergent container and cap it.
3. Cure the residue in sunlight and then dispose of cured resin as solid waste
Please turn offthe machine and unplug the power before cleaning.
lfthe rotor rotates abnormally after long-term use, remove the rotor from drum to clean it.
Reomove the rotor
Clean the rotorand then reinstall it
Clean the strainers regularly to prevent blockage from residue and debris.

tip:Ensure the drum bottom is clear before removing the strainers. Residue entering the drain hole under the strainers may cause damage.
Pour water into the drum and clean it with a plastic scraper. Avoid using sharp objects.
After cleaning, plug in the power and turn on machine. ong press CANCEL button for 3 sec to drain the waste water.
Clean the filter regularly to prevent blockage from residue

for the machine to stop and turn it off, Remove the obstruction or clean the residue, and then restart.
● Alcohol concentration is lower than 95%; or the detergent is muddy after several use. Replace the detergent.
● Door is not closed.Close the door to resume operation.
● No water or detergent. Refill the detergent/water container and verify the pipes #l and #2 are securely
connected.Then, press START/PAUSE to continue.
● Drain hole is blocked. Clean the blockage in the strainers, close the door, and press START/PAUSE to continue.Machine is not level. Place it on a stable, level surface, and press START/PAUSE to continue.
● The wire is not plugged in properly or the lamp board material is damaged
Countermeasures: 1. Disassemble and check whether the wire terminal is plugged in properly 2. Replace the UV lamp board
● The alcohol will be sprayed in the first 5S to clean the barrel wall and drain it into the waste water bucket
● Every time the cleaning is done, the alcohol will hang on the barrel wall and the inner wall of the flip cover, which will eventually be drained into the waste water bucket
● When the liquid is cross-linked and the alcohol is drained, especially when the time is set to 42:30S, you will see alcohol discharged intermittently from the waste water pipe

●Countermeasures:
1. Check whether the filter is blocked, clean the filter, if the filter is difficult to clean, it needs to be replaced.
2. Check whether the table is flat.
3. Replace the liquid level sensor.
4. Remove the bottom cover and reassemble the liquid level sensor.
5. Tell the customer to clean the working bucket regularly, and wipe the bottom of the bucket at the position of the liquid level sensor with a rag.
6. Replace the DC pump.
7. Replace the solenoid valve.
●Reason:
1. The liquid level sensor is broken.
2. The liquid level sensor is not assembled properly or is loose.
3. Foreign matter enters the waterway, causing the drainage pump to be blocked, the flow rate to decrease, and the drainage cannot be completed within the specified time. The liquid level sensor detects that there is water in the working bucket and alarms E12.

2. During the spraying/curing process, the lid is forced to be opened, and the system recognizes that the lid is open and alarms E20.
3. The magnetic induction sensor is broken and cannot be detected.
●Countermeasures:
1. Close the lid before entering the cleaning and curing work.
2. During the spraying/curing process, the function panel shows the lock is in red state, do not force open the cover.

●Reason:
1. There is no water in the water bucket, and the liquid level sensor reports E11 when it detects that there is no water
2. There is no detergent in the detergent bucket, and the liquid level sensor reports E11 when it detects that there is no detergent
3. The 1234 pipe is not connected to the water bucket cover, and the liquid level sensor cannot detect the liquid entering and reports E11
4. The liquid level sensor is broken and cannot detect
5. The liquid level sensor is not assembled or is loose, and the detection is not sensitive
●Countermeasures:
1. Add water to the water bucket, click START/PAUSE, and continue working
2. Add detergent to the detergent bucket, click START/PAUSE, and continue working
3. Check whether the 1234 pipe inserted into the bucket cover is inserted in place
4. Replace the liquid level sensor
5. Remove the bottom cover and reassemble the liquid level sensor
