1. Error scenario: If the material box is not connected, that is, in monochrome printing, the material break detection switch is turned on. When the extruder material break detection switch does not detect the consumables, a pop-up window alarm will be displayed.
2. If the material box is connected, the material break detection switch is uncontrollable, and the logic is controlled by the multi-color material box. When the multi-color material box recognizes that the material box is broken, a pop-up window alarm will be displayed.

If the ACE Pro is not connected, that is, in monochrome printing mode, and the material end detection function is turned on at the same time, when the material end detection switch does not detect consumables, a pop-up alarm will be prompted.
The filament needs to be fed into the extruder manually.
If step 1 cannot be restored, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
1. The material break detection sensor is above the consumables.
2. Pull the extruder handle to the right (1) and forcibly pull out the filament at the same time (2).
1. The hub inlet is blocked.
2. Use an S2.0 hexagonal wrench to remove the fixing screw.
3.Please pull the extruder handle to the right and pull out the filament at the same time.
4. Install the hub above the print head and tighten the fixing screws using an S2.0 hexagonal wrench.
If a multi-color material box is connected, the material shortage detection switch cannot be controlled and the logic is controlled by the multi-color material box. When the multi-color material box recognizes that the consumables are out of material, a pop-up alarm will be prompted.
