¶ Step 1: Check the X-axis belt
Please look behind the printhead module to check if the X-axis belt has come off. If the X-belt falls off, you need to put it back on the printer.
¶ Step 2: Adjust the X-axis belt tensioner
Move the print head manually. If the print head is stuck or abnormal during movement, please adjust the X-axis tensioner to ensure smooth slide of the print head module.
Note: After adjusting the X-axis belt, please perform resonance detection to ensure the printing effect.
