- S2.0 Allen key
¶ 2. Check the print head cable:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove print head case
(1)First press and hold the button of the print head case according to the following figure, and remove the print head case.
(2)Then disconnect the model cooling fan connection and extension cable, and place the print head case aside.
¶ Step 3: Remove the print head back shell
Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the four screws holding the print head back shell, then remove the print head back shell.
¶ Step 4: Reinsert the print head cable
Please check the print head cable on the adapter board, and then reinsert the print head cable.
¶ 3. Replace the adapter board:
If the printer still reports this error after reinserting the print head cable, the accelerometer is damaged. The accelerometer is integrated on the printhead adapter board. The adapter board needs to be replaced. Please replace the adapter board according to the following documents.
