Before checking, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
Gently pull the print head connection wire to check whether the print head connection wire is loose. If the print head cable is loose, use the S1.5 allen key to tighten the two screws holding the print head cable.
1.Use a S2.5 allen key to remove the two screws securing the bottom plate.
2.Unplug the cooling fan cable and remove the bottom plate
Please check whether the print head cable is loose on the mainboard, and then reinsert the print head cable.
If the preceding steps do not resolve the problem, please check whether the print head cable is damaged. If the print head cable is damaged, you need to replace it with a new print head cable according to the following documentation.
