- S1.5 Allen key
- S2.5 Allen key
¶ 2. Check the print head connection cable:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before checking, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Check the print head cable
Gently pull the print head connection wire to check whether the print head connection wire is loose. If the print head cable is loose, use the S1.5 allen key to tighten the two screws holding the print head cable.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the bottom plate
1.Use a S2.5 allen key to remove the two screws securing the bottom plate.
2.Unplug the cooling fan cable and remove the bottom plate
¶ Step 4: Check the print head cable on the mainboard
Please check whether the print head cable is loose on the mainboard, and then reinsert the print head cable.
¶ 3. Replace the print head cable:
If the preceding steps do not resolve the problem, please check whether the print head cable is damaged. If the print head cable is damaged, you need to replace it with a new print head cable according to the following documentation.

¶ 4.Upgrade the firmware using USB flash drvie:
If this error occurs after replacing the new motherboard, then the firmware version may be too low, and you need to upgrade the firmware according to the following documentation.
