¶ 1.Tools:
- S1.5 Allen key
- S2.5 Allen key
¶ 2.Check the print head cable:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before checking, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Check the print head cable
Gently pull the print head cable to check whether the print head cable is loose. If the print head cable is loose, please use the S1.5 Allen key to tighten the two screws holding the print head cable.
¶ Step 3: Remove the printer base plate
(1) Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the base plate.
(2)Then remove the motherboard cooling fan connection and remove the bottom plate.
¶ Step 4: Check the print head cable on the motherboard
Please check that the print head cable on the motherboard is loose, and then reinsert the print head cable.
¶ 3.Replace the print head cable:
If the preceding steps do not resolve the problem, please check whether the print head cable is damaged. If the print head cable is damaged, please replace it with a new print head cable by following the instruction below.
