Before checking, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
Gently pull the print head cable to check whether the print head cable is loose. If the print head cable is loose, please use the S1.5 Allen key to tighten the two screws holding the print head cable.
(1)Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the base plate.
(2)Then remove the motherboard cooling fan connection and remove the bottom plate.
Please check whether the printhead cable at the motherboard is loose, and then reinsert the printhead cable to check whether the printer still reports errors.
If the preceding steps do not resolve the problem, please check whether the print head cable is damaged. If the print head cable is damaged, please replace it with a new print head cable.
