Check whether the extruder channel is unobstructed.
1. Remove the air duct.
2.To check whether the consumables are cut, you can manually push the handle of the cutter assembly (if the cutter has resistance, the consumables have not been cut).
3.Pull the pick upwards and remove the hot end (take it out when the hot end temperature is below 35 degrees to avoid high temperature burns).
4.Pull the extruder handle outwards, take a piece of filament and put it in from the top of the four-input and one-outlet, and send it into the extruder to check whether the filament can pass through the heat sink below smoothly. If it cannot pass through the heat sink below, refer to step 2 to troubleshoot the problem.
1. When removing the hot end of the print head, you must check whether the print head is in place when reinstalling the hot end. (If it is not installed in place, the hot end nozzle may scrape the hot bed).
2. When disassembling the hot end of the print head and reinstalling it, be sure to check whether the locking flap is in place (if it is not installed in place, the hot end nozzle may scrape the hot bed).
¶Step 2: Check the status of the material cutting module
1. Remove the print head housing.
① Remove the air guide port.
② Remove the extruder harness plug.
③ Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the print head housing fixing screws.
2. Remove the print head motherboard.
① Use an S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the model cooling fan fixing screws.
② Remove the harness plug in the picture.
③ Use a cross screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screws that fix the print head motherboard.
3. Remove the material break detection module.
① Refer to the arrow direction in the picture to remove the print head mainboard.
② Use a cross screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screws of the material break detection module.
③ Observe whether there is any consumables left in the red area.
4.Check whether the wire harness of the material breaking detection module is loose and whether the roller is smooth.
¶ 2. The material break detection module is damaged.
