¶ Step 1: Check the ACE Pro signal cable and power cable
Re-plug and connect the print port and ACE Pro port
¶ Step 2: Check the ACE Pro power supply
Check whether the power cable connected to the ACE Pro is disconnected and whether the machine switch is turned on.
¶ Step 3: Check the ACE Pro
Load a roll of consumables into the ACE Pro to check whether the ACE Pro is working properly.
