If the waste at the bottom of the hot bed has not been cleaned for a long time, the hot bed may be interfered with by the waste when it descends after abnormal printing, resulting in height errors of the hot bed.
If the following situations are found, refer to the following guidelines to recalibrate the flatness of the hot bed.

¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Print Head Housing
①Disassemble the print head module housing, unplug the model cooling fan connection cable, and remove the housing.
②Use the S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the fixing screws on both sides of the print head module housing.
¶ Step 3: Check the strain gauge wiring
Replug the strain gauge wiring and try to resume printing.
If you still cannot print, please refer to step 4.
¶ Step 4: Disassemble the strain gauge
Use the S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the strain gauge fixing screws.
After removing the module, use the S2.0 Allen Key to separate the fixing screws of the strain gauge and the print head.
After replacing the strain gauge, the printer must be re-leveled. You can start printing.
