¶ 2. Replacement steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Disassembly of the print head module
①Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the print head module.
②Use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the print head connection line.
¶ Step 3: Check the material breaking detection board
①Remove the print head nozzle.
②Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the module housing.
③Use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the cooling fan screws.
④Replug and reconnect the detection board wiring.
⑤Reinstall the accessories and try to print again.
¶ Step 4: Replace the material break detection board
If the error still occurs, the detection board may be damaged and needs to be replaced.
